The room was really clean and had a nice view, plus the staff was super friendly. 🌟 Had a great breakfast at the restaurant and everything was top-notch! the location here is sweet, close to Nevada, plenty of restaurants, and not too far from the airport. 🏨

Had great stay with my luggage across the lobby to the 9th floor, the staff were wonderful, location was wonderful and right off the freeway. I loved the room with two double beds, my bed was soft.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible, and the bathroom was dirty.

The hotel has a clean pool on site. The room was neat and warm with clean beds and a bathroom. Great location near Saint. There are plenty of food options within a short walk from the hotel.

Solid choice for a weekend stay. the staff here were friendly and got things done 👍.

room was surprisingly good after the first impressions of the whole hotel. staff from the reception to the room cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. my wish for a refrigerator was immediately fulfilled and this refrigerator was simply great, good cooling capacity and no ambient noises that sometimes can be very annoying. room was always found very neat and clean by me, for this again my thanks to the staff! big parking place, at night brightly illuminated, great!

casino, is in urgent need of renovation. carpet would have to be renewed, because it is responsible for the smell in the casino. complete renovation would of course be the best, then one would spend more time there as a hotel guest. as it is now, it is not fun and a visit to the casino should be a pleasure, at least that is how i feel.

Had really comfortable stay in this gorgeous hotel, the stuff where really helpful, location was decent and right off the freeway. Well-equipped king room, the service was excellent.

I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I'm in Reno. It is the best non-smoking hotel with decently-sized rooms and friendly staff. the location is fantastic, just 2 miles away from a recreational park. Additionally, it's conveniently close to a casino, restaurant, and downtown area.
